Ty so much. I guess everything happens for a reason? I'm going to channel my energy towards healthy ng and set my sights for next year. Don't think I'm ready to give up just yet. I'm also feeling much better today.

Certainty. My insurance BCBS of WNY is covering my tt with muscle repair. I lost 100 lbs after having wls 2 yrs ago. I had a number of documented treatments for skin infections from the over hang of skin (apron). I used to be a 44 DDD but after weight loss I went down to a 36-38 D. Dr. told me I am not big enough anymore for insurance to cover a breast reduction so I will be paying cash for breast lift without implants. Dr. thinks he will be able to reconstruct tissue I have left to make a nice size breast without implant and I am confident he can do it. Did you see his pictures? His pics look good. I have a girl friend at work who just got tt done by him last month. She looks great! So the break down for the breast is 1000 for O.R., 900 for anesthesia, and 1000 for labor. I hope this is helpful to you. I am very excited to be finally so close to getting this done. I will keep rs updated as best as possible. I am excited to have someone else on her going to Dr.Rajendran. He is not very popular on here but in my opinion his work speaks for its self. There is another surgeon very popular on here and her work is awful so go figure. I totally understand you guys trying to get the timing right. I struggled with that aspect myself. I finally feel good about this date and am planning to stick to it.

My primary doctor referred me too Dr.R, I also have Bcbs of wny, and they approved my panni, within 2 weeks, I was like it must really be bad lol, but I'm just glad it got approved. Right now I'm 5'7 229 pounds, I'm a size 44 DDD, it looks so big when you have to write it lol. I lost weight by exercising and cutting back my food in take, I had that moment when enough is enough, and your sick and tired of being sick and tired. I just can't shake this belly lol, I'm a little silly forgive me. It is just a nuisance, it's always in the way. I agree Dr R. Is very calm and cool mannered he is strictly business. Ditto on the secretary, I don't think she's a people person at all. That's nice that you actually got to chat with some women their, every time I go, it's a room full of men and I don't even ask lol. My visit was ok he wants me down to 200 pounds by the time I have surgery, I was thinking to myself are you kidding me, but we will see how that goes. I'm glad that I have a lot of family support and my hubby is being great about it, even the money portion. Do you have your help lined up already?Did you start buying post op supplies yet? I know your saying this women can talk lol. Your day will be here soon, I look forward to going on this journey with you. God is good. .........

Thank you. I just got a call from surgeons office notifying me I need to lose 10 lbs before surgery on 5/8/15. Thank goodness I already started working out. I'll just cut the carbs. I know I can do it.

You can do it. I'm working on losing 30 lbs before my surgery in September. it's going slowly. I'm getting ready to start the Zero Belly Diet written by the guy that wrote Eat This-Not That. Participants in his program loose 15 pds in two weeks and then steady after that. Fingers crossed! You can do what you need to do--the results are going to be worth it!

Im so sorry I did not see this post earlier. I am not very savy with getting messages from this site. It used to show on e mail but doesn't now. Yeah I am so excited to have another Rajendran Doll! How did you find him? Yay for insurance covering panni. how did you lose weight?

Just seeing this. So the appointment was interesting. Of course as you know Dr. R office is very no frills. His secretary seems to be as stoic as he is. LOL No offense I just happen to be a VERY VERY BUBBLY personality! not taking away from those who aren't. But anyway it has been kinda like pulling teeth to get a date. I told him and he apologized. So I finally went in to see him. He reviewed notes from last visit a year ago. He asked all same questions eventhough he had answers there in chart. LOL I know because his secretary read them to me on one of our many phone calls. She always seemed a little taken a back by me stating I wanted to schedule for surgery???? I wanted to ask her, That is what he does right??????? LOL she has had so many excuses why she could not schedule. once because she is at other office, she had to wait for OR to call and give her availability, She had to check with my insurance (eventhough my insurance has given approval since the week after I saw him in 2014), another phone call she said she had to get orders from him and would call me back. Needless to say she has NEVER returned any or my phone calls. UGH. I would go some where else but his work is to my liking, the other surgeons have more professional staff but either would not accept my insurance or I didn't like their work. Im happy with Dr. R work. He looks like perfectionist. that's what I want. I don't think I really have to deal with the secretary much after the surgery just to go back for follow up. I don't mind that., She seems to be only one there and is most likely overwhelmed. She was never nasty or rude just did not seem to have a real grasp on what the heck is going on. I couldn't put my finger on it. Other ppl who went to him scheduled right away without any difficulty????? Not sure?

Oh so any way he re measured me and re told me everything he is planning to do. He gave orders for pre surgical test like chest xray, ekg labs all that he want 10 days before surgery. My hgb can sometimes run low so I pray it is high enough to have surgery. I am taking iron tablets and prenatal vitamins in an effort to get levels high enough up there. I met 2 other patients in waiting room really cool ladies one also had wls loss 100 lbs getting same thing mommy makeover and other was sp dbl mastectomy he was reconstructing breast for her. God bless her journey. Cant be easy but what cant God fix? We chatted it up it was nice to compare notes. We were all sure we think he rocks. LOL Tell me about your visit?

I think I will be borrowing self pay portion from retirement or credit union whom ever gives me best rate. I have cash saved but I think Im gonna need to use for another project we have coming up. Not sure. I will figure it out when date gets closer. I just cant see going under twice. I just want to get over with once and for all. you know? I hope you are able to find money for your journey. Ill say prayer for you. I know how important this is. What body type would you say we have. Its not apple or pear. I feel pretty proportionate all over equally big arms legs thighs stomach and breast.
