I turned 49 yesterday. I have been surviving large boobs since college. Last I remember was being in 11th grade and wishing for bigger boobs...and my "wish" came overly true a few years later!!
Now, they are 40ddd. And painful and cumbersome. And it's time for them to go!
The word I keep coming across in so many reviews is "freedom" and I cannot wait for that feeling. Cannot wait. :)

T - 3 weeks until surgery eve. I'm starting to have mild panic attacks and this forum has been so helpful! First I’ll worry they will feel too small. Then I worry I’ll go through all this and they will still be too big. Or what if they look like a uniboob.
I am 100% confident in my decision because of back and neck pain and boob rash and all the other fun stuff. But I am scared I am making a decision that I will beat myself about after. Because I’m a control freak and a perfectionist and I’m resolved to it not being perfect. But will they be the perfect size and look cute in clothes. I don't care if they are frankensteined with scars, I’d just like the “right” size, whatever that is, and ideally as real looking as possible. See, I’m panicking again. :)

My surgery is about the same time as yours...November 8, 2017. I have been contemplating for years and years. Every year when getting my mammogram I have asked the person doing it if she has heard anyone of her patients complain if they have had a reduction. And I always year after year get the same response "only that they wished they had done it sooner" You will be fine! I am so ready...I just want it to be behind me already. This time waiting seems to be going so slow! This forum has really helped me with my decision to do this!!

Yes, definitely Buffalo 8183!! I have been feeling exactly the same way! We can get through this together though. The day can't get here fast enough!!

My anxiety may have to do with being overweight - boobs too small and tummy sticks out and too big - just no I'm over having big boobs. :)
