7 weeks post op

It's been a painful recovery. PD says surgery results are going well but the lupus flare has given me pain 24/7 if I don't take meds. Still opting for Motrin 600mg/TID. Tried on old bras 38D and they fit :(
I really deemed of B cup or C at most. Somewhat unhappy.

Hi ladies. I've been off for awhile wallowing in my slow healing and great inflammation.

I took 2 successive medrol dose packs for two weeks then my Rheumatologist sent me a slip for bloodwork. 11 vials of blood later I am having a lupus flare. He dais that without the inflammation my body will not dissolve the sutures and to start more steroids to calm down my lupus will prolong healing time and pain. I am on 600mg Motrin 5 x a day now to try to get me through it with no steroids. He is going to a speak with my PS on Monday and see what's they can come up with. I am hopeful that the increase in my dose of Motrin will help me deal better with the pain. I had to start back to work this and it was really hard.

I wish everyone quick healthy healing!
