I've been thinking about ex planting for years.. The fact that I could never find a bra to fit or looking like a real housewife of Orange County in a bathing suit just didn't do it for me.. In clothes and even naked I loved them! But I have back pain and always felt extremely heavy in the chest area. I used to run and workout all the time but found that very difficult with the implants. I had twins 14 months ago and when I was pregnant and pumping my breasts were gigantic. I finally decided to explant and let me tell you I do feel a major weight off my chest but the looks of these are making me horrified they feel like mush.. I really hope my self esteem rises and they start looking better I was about a 32 DD-DDD w implants.

HI there. I just joined the site recently, and am having my implants explanted on tuesday. I am absolutely terrified about what I'm going to look like:( I think you look great! And from all the stories I've read on here, it seems to get a lot better over time. If you look at women's pics the skin retracts over a period of a year. I think you will be fine. Its takes awhile after having babies for you body to change as well. How long have your implants been out? Ive had 3 kids and 5 surgeries so I'm super scared ill have nothing. You look like you have nice skin! I bet you will keep changing for the better. Sending you encouragement! xoxo

I thank this site for helping me make my decision! I hope it's ok I had the surgery yesterday. Under local it was a very interesting experience very glad not to be having that horrible anesthesia feeling haunting me!

Haha I'll be waiting for her! I pray my dreams of cute bras and a nice bathing suit is in the future!! I want to be me again! Just dreading the comments from people when they notice my huge chest seemed to disappear

Don't worry about the mushiness! They will firm up pretty quickly. Think of it like when you have a baby...your stomach is mushy right after but gets better! Your boobs are much the same lol. Maybe a weird way to look at it, but I am 3 weeks post op and can tell you, the firmness will come!! You look great already!

The shock is calming down..

The initial shock is beginning to get much better. I showered this afternoon and felt better. My incisions are very sore looking forward to them healing a bit!

Glad the shock is diminishing! I cut my hair from mid back to above the shoulders a few months ago and I'm STILL in shock and surprised when I look in the mirror or go to pull it back in a ponytail and find my long hair missing! So, the shock of explant might take a while for me, lol

That's great. You will feel better sooner than you think. :) The soreness subsides fairly quickly and the breast will slowly firm over the next few months.

I bought a few cute bras which was very exciting although I can't help but wonder if this ski slope shaped Breast is ever going to fade away!? Does anyone know what I'm talking about haha
