Hello, I live in Romania and I was schedule to have the surgery here, but this doctors just postponed me until they rejected me. After I will make the surgery I will sue them.
I want to know the cost of this surgery in other countries like: UK, Hungary and anywhere in Europe.
Please give me some sugestions!

You're very good looking - not a mutant. I can see the bite issue you have though and I understand why you want to get that corrected - to put the lower jaw back and correct the narrow arch, right?

I just want my lower jaw back. Believe me that's all. I laugh at the doctor's that where amazed I can move my jaw. I mean lol, OMG do you really think I like to be this way? I must smile, take a photo, laugh, atract people not make them run away. Yes I can move jaw back :)
And it's a happy feeling because it's stretching that fk "long face nerve". I feel and look almost normal if I do that. But then I see the ugly teeths and I feel bad again. Nobody in Romania wants to mount me the dental bracets because I say that the physical aspect is important to me. Well gg for doctors. I see bankrupt cy for you!

Have you been to a consult for this already? My friend is getting his surgery with my surgeon and he thought he needed his lower jaw moved back, after the consult Dr. Antipov explained to him that his lower jaw developed perfectly it was his upper jaw that needed to be moved forward because it was under developed. He explained the difference in the outcome.

Hello there. If I would permanently living in Europe I would do my surgery at Simonas Grybauskas Orthognatic Surgery clinic. I spoke with him, but could not proceed because of my location(US)
Google them or look them up here. There's nothing but good reviews. I found him through few orthodontists I spoke with about my jaw problem, they went to his seminars multiple times and said that he is one talented magician ))

Thank you for sharing your story :) I didn't really notice your jaw problem. I thought you was a model. I really hope you get the surgery I have an Underbite where my jaw looks too big which isn't good for the teeth and jaw and I have always felt self-conscious about it as a lot of females do! I too have been so disappointed by the service in the UK.
They have made me wait 6 months already. I am now going private and I will have to pay £15,000 for the surgery in Guildford an area in surrey, UK. My surgeon is called Paul Johnson check his website out.
I wish you good luck :)

Thank you for the reply. A model OMG :) never I guess. Well I am looking for a place under 10k euros or dollars. I am living in Romania.. 3rd piece of [RS bleep] country. Why less then 500 euros per month everything seems impossible to me. But hey life goes on and I am giving up on this.. man.
So thank you and take care of you, but realize that is only 10k dollars in Korea and you get the beauty you want. I would call it normality. There is where I'm going. This Garfield I am pisses up my life and keeps me away from my dreams.

Buna Mihai, si eu sunt din Romania, Cluj Napoca. Nu porti aparat dentar vad din poze. Eu am aparat dentar de 4 luni, iar dupa o decompensare a arcadelor dentare care dureaza cam 1 an, voi face aici la Cluj operatie bimax. Adica maxilarul superior si cel inferior vor fi aranjate dupa niste calcule. Nu trebuie sa mergi in alta tara sa faci operatia. La Cluj este dr Simion Bran care face operatii ortognatice, este cel mai bun din tara, si printre cei mai buni din Europa. Succes.

Buna, multumesc pentru feedback. Cred ca, am ajuns să vorbesc și la clinica privata a dl. Bran si după ce am întrebat câte ceva nu mi-a mai răspuns. Oricum stau în București și tot aci muncesc. Și ca de obicei nimeni nu zice nimic de costul operației. Ai grija, poate nu ai nevoie de operație. Pe mine m-au respins absolul toți când le-am spun că vreau să arăt normal si frumos. Așa că ai grija pe cine lași să te taie. Dacă ei gândesc matematic si nu încearcă să facă o artă din asta atunci e de înțeles de ce nimeni din România nu vrea să mă facă să arăt normal. Pa pa.

Man, I am not kidding. Just think about that my jaw must be about 10mm back and my chin is fine if it's gonna be in the normal position. Look at the photos.
I am posting as ugly as I can, tell me a place in Europe please when they do the surgery without dental braces at first. Or whatever.

I don't know anyone who have had an ortho without at least a 6-month pre- and post- op orthodontic treatment. Is there nobody else in Romania who would operate? Have you looked for anybody else?
There are numerous MF surgeons around Europe. It mostly depends on your budget (I mean: it would be more expensive to have the surgery in Switzerland than in Belgium, than in Italy, than in the Czech Republic and so forth...).
Yes, there is a jaw issue but you are not mutant or ugly. Keep that in mind when you visit docs 'cause such an attitude might make them more reluctant to operate on you.
Besides, you can ask the doctors directly in this site. They might be helpful as well.

The doctor around Romania, are surprized I can smile or get back my jaw intetionally. To look good for a photo or be charismatic. So they know little about the human body. They don't deserve there money or to pretend the can "make your teeth" or whatever.
I would ask but I don't know where to ask. I'm new on this website.
I heard it's very good in Budapest and it's close to home.
I live in Bucharest.
When I tell them that the look is important they just fall back.
So what kind or doctor they are? Practicals? "Logical"

I don't know about you, but these doctors do not understand that the muscle that moves the jaw is connected to a very important nerve, that simple makes you happy or sad (depressed)
If you are normal, try to extend you jaw, you may feel what I am trying to say.
When I put my jaw in normal position. That nerve is touched and I am happy unconditionally, like a normal person.
So, I'm sorry for them, I will report them all after I will be ok.
I will also tell more about the Romanian doctors, public and private.
Even if I will never have 10000 for this surgery and nobody will help me,
I won't give up or let an unqualified orthodont say what is possible and what not.

I don't know if I would trust my face on Hungarians, though!

Buna Mihai, nu opereaza nimeni ortognatic fara un tratament ortodontic, cu aparat dentar minimum 10-12 luni inainte. Pentru a putea fi operat, trebuie sa ai dantura perfect aliniata pe arcade. Se pune aparat dentar si se face o decompensare pe arcade. Dupa ce se aliniaza perfect, urmeaza operatia unde in functie de gravitate se aduce maxilarul superior mai in fata, ori se duce in spate mandibula, ori se face bimax, adica se opereaza ambele arcade, exact [RS bleep] va fi la mine. Ca sa stii ce problema ai, trebuie in primul rand sa mergi la un ortodont bun, iti face un mulaj, apoi in functie de calcule, iti spune care ar fi variantele cele mai bune. Apoi iti recomanda un chirurg la maxilo faciale foarte bun, mergi acolo cu recomandarile ortodontului si el hotaraste ce anume e mai bine pentru tine. Este un proces de lunga durata, se intinde pe mai multi ani de cele mai multe ori, dar da rezultate fenomenale. Nu cauta medici in alte tari, in plus ca te-ar costa o avere sa te operezi, iar la noi in tara se opereaza bine la Cluj si Bucuresti, operatia fiind gratuita, daca esti platitor la stat. Daca mai ai ceva nelamuriri poti sa ma intrebi, te ajut cu drag. O zi placuta sa ai.

usually in the States here insurance would cover this type of surgery. I'd suggest visiting various jaw surgery forums as folks can probably recommend some good docs in Europe.

Getting closer
I am getting closer of being normal. Please feel free to comment and to give me ideas. If you are man or women it doesn't matter to me. I hope one day I will have my own clinic to offer the people the possibility to be who they think they can be. I love you all see you later. Oh, of course, so less money or even free at my clinic.
Is it a malocclusion which apparently we can't have any idea of or is it a jaw problem?
Apart from a lil' larger than average front part of your mandible, I can't see why you need an Ortho.
Could you be a lil more thorough, please?
Why would I have surgery for?
Are you kidding me? You don't see well mate.
I am mutant! That's why I want a surgery. To get the fk jaw where it should be :)
If you know a place in Europe for this surgery please tell. And the price.
When you ask for help, the helpers need know about your problem a little thorougher. Your mandible is larger or your chin area, in particular?
Why go through Ortho, when you can just have chin reduction?
