This are the pictures taken by my doctor: before the operation, and one year after. I am very pleased with the results. I do sports, sleep on my stomach, lift weights. My bra size is the same: 32D
I don't visit this site anymore, as all further improvements I do at the gym. But it helped me a lot in making my decision one year ago.

My breasts are still asymmetric but it's not as critical as they were before the operation. I'm going to have a consult with my doctor about it. She said she might do some fat transfer to the smaller one.
The scars are still very visible, but they'll fade in a year or two so I'm not going to do anything about them now.
Just a quick info: I am size 75 D now. The implant was 220 ml round moderate profile under the muscle. More than half of the breasts volume us my own tissue.

You really do look great! And although I do see the asymmetry you’re talking about the difference between your before and afters is amazing! Btw I also went with the small implant (215 ml). I think you made a good choice if I do say so myself. LOL Good luck and happy healing! :-)
you look great and you are healing nicely I am 4 weeks post op in pictures they look ok but look better when I look in the mirror .. happy healing take care :-)

Thanks for doing this.. you look amazing, I wanna say one of the best I've seen on here... no problems with healing too which is great... where can I buy the surgical tapes please?

Still looking great! Your scars are barely visible, at least not in the pictures. Just curious if you’ve been doing any kind of scar therapy? Or do you just naturally heal well?
The scars are pink and they're still visible. I just took off the tape to make the pictures. My doctor said I should be wearing them until the scars are pink, for 6 months post op.
