Buccal Fat Removal - a Wise Move?

Buccal Fat Removal - a Wise Move?

I'm thinking about BFR.
I'm quite slim - 10 stone, 12 lb (152 lb) (68.95 kg) at a height of 5'8" and a waist size of 28". I'm 30 years old.
I don't think the size of my body correlates to the size of my face. I have big cheeks, generally a big mid and lower face. No filler.
My biggest concern with BFR is the possibility of asymmetry and/or making jowls or nasolabial folds deeper/worse (they are just beginning to show at 30). Should these be a concern with this surgery?
I've added a photo - any thoughts would be appreciated. Thanks!

Please do not do buccal fat removal. It does make your jowls/nasolabial fold worse. And any asymmetry you have will become more pronounced. Also, believe me... as we age we want fat in our face. I did this procedure and it's my biggest regret. It ruined my face.
Also, from the photo you posted, I think you have a very lovely facial shape. Everything looks proportional. People would pay to have the natural, proportional volume you have. Please do not go and mess that up. Your face is perfectly fine the way it is
I agree!
Personally, I think you could definitely benefit from buccal fat removal - as you can tell from the side your buccal fat is protruding. Getting that out would definitely create some nice angles/contour to your face.
I don't think you need Buccal Fat Removal. If you can, please avoid this procedure. I also got it done and it ruined my face. There's a lot of us who have had such horrible experiences and are now having to spend thousands fixing this/adding fat back into the buccal space. Your face and the natural volume you have looks great! You don't need anything done! Truly.
Very true so far i paid way more in fixing then the cost of the operation itself
No no no I like ur face I want it
