Buccal Fat Removal in Sydney, Australia

I still have a small amount of swelling that I can feel on the inside of my cheeks. But so far I'm really happy with the after results as you can see that my cheeks are less round and it's defined my cheekbones a bit. My post op consultation with my surgeon is this week so soon I'll have the proper before and after photos that were taken.

I underwent buccal fat removal on the 1st of August so i could achieve a less rounded face. I decided to have the procedure done by Dr Lisa Friederich as I felt that the consultation had went really well and I trusted her ability to help me achieve my desired results. I had the surgery done under local anesthesia and it was quite uncomfortable as firstly, you need to keep your mouth open for about half an hour which can get quite sore. Secondly, when the fat is being pulled out, i felt quite a lot of tension/pressure in my temples and jaw which left me sore for the rest of the day.
The amount of fat removed was smaller than I expected but I can still see small improvements after one week after the procedure. My cheeks were asymmetrical to begin with so I'm not bothered by my left cheek being slightly larger than my right cheek. So far the results are inline with my expectations as I was told not to expect a dramatic difference (such as the Bella Hadid face shape).
I'll post a before and after in a couple more weeks to give an overview of the complete results when the swelling subsides. So far i think the procedure was worth it.
