I was looking for a savvy facial plastic surgeon to help me reduce my facial cheek roundness. Reading through at least 1000 reviews online, I was between Dr. Mesa and Dr. Madnani. Madnani won me over with the attentive help from Shirley and Corey. I went in for an in-person consultation and the a week later scheduled my Buccal Fat Removal procedure. I was able to negotiate price. They gave me a relaxant, pain medicine, and antibiotics the morning of. He thoroughly answered my questions - I specifically asked for a dramatic result, so time will tell - it has been only 24 hours post-op. I came in at 7:40am and left by 9:15am. Procedure was about an hour. Was easy, clean, and not going to lie - slightly painful. Pain during procedure was a 6.5/10, but lidocaine helps and if you relax, no pain. I look forward to seeing my results in 2 full months. Next day no pain! He texts you and also his staff is super affable.
