Buccal Fat Removal, Double Chin Lipo, and Cheek Filler

Healing was fast, no scars left over. Sharper jaw line. Lipo of the double chin and the cheek filler is 100% worth it. Buccal fat removal is subtle for the price, so not worth it. If you can get it done much cheaper than what I paid ($3,500), then it might be worth it.

My chubby cheeks use to be cute but gravity and time now makes them look tired, heavy, and a bit saggy when I don't smile especially since my eyes are also down turned and hooded. When I smile my face seem to almost double in size.
You can't avoid Dr Mesa name if you're searching for Buccal fat removal. It's what he specializes in, he does a lot of them and it's his personal favorite to preform. I came in for the Buccal Fat removal and Double Chin Lipo. Dr Mesa Suggested Cheek Filler for contrast, correct asymmetry since one check was fuller than the other (though I never really noticed it til it was pointed out that day) and overall effect. Total of $9400Surgery day- Cheek fillers was first, a bunch of numbing for the lipo and inner cheek and waiting for numbing to work. My Buccal fat was stubborn and took much longer than normal. It required a bigger incision to be made, turns out the fat pad was big and needed to be taken out in 2 pcs rather than one long piece. The chin lipo was last and most uncomfortable due to the all the numbing fluid that is swelling up the chin area, no pain though. The suction is on the rougher side which is normal I've had Lipo on my tummy area before and it's the same, it's just that this time the suction rod is in the chin and throat area so it was unnerving. Funny sidenote to bring your mind elsewhere during this- the incisions is right under the ears for the jaw area and chin for double chin and throat. So the in and out suction of the fat and fluids sounds like the sloppiest wet [RS bleep] ever and the sound is right next to your ear. LOL
