Buccal Fat Removal, Chin Implant, and Chin Liposuction.

I went to Dr. Delgado for buccal fat removal, chin liposuction, and a chin implant, and overall, I had a great experience.

At my consultation, I really appreciated how thorough Dr. Delgado was when evaluating whether I was a good candidate for the procedures, especially the buccal fat removal and chin liposuction. His attention to detail helped me feel confident moving forward.

The surgery itself went smoothly, and the entire staff showed so much care throughout the process. I was especially grateful for the anesthesiologist, who helped calm my nerves as I was being put under. After surgery, they sent me home with juice and a goody bag filled with recovery essentials, which was a nice touch.

Recovery was tougher than I expected during the first few days. My smile was crooked, my neck was bruised and sore, and my mouth felt extremely tight. I also experienced quite a bit of swelling, some of it uneven, which made my face look square and a bit masculine at first. By the third weekthe swelling started going down, and I could really see my results. I still have a little swelling, but I already look amazing!

For context, I have a smaller frame, but the extra fullness in my face made me look heavier than I was. I was also worried about developing jowls since they run in my family. After the procedure, my face looks more defined, and I feel so much more confident.

Throughout the healing process, Dr. Delgado was incredibly supportive. He even gave me his personal number so I could reach out with questions about garment tightness and lipo foam, which I really appreciated.

Overall, I’m super happy with my experience and my results!
