I had thermi tight and buccal fat removal done today. I did not expect to be in so much pain. During the procedure, I started crying because I was hurting, and I wasn’t properly numbed.

He was very apologetic for the pain. He listened to my concerns and we spoke for a while. He would like to follow up with me regarding my care. At this point, I’m not sure how this will turn out, but there’s no reason to believe that I won’t have good results. I do question why he doesn’t give IV pain medicine but I don’t know the regulations on that.

3 days post op. Swelling under eye. My jawline is swollen and square. I’m still bruised. Easier to chew now.

It's looking much less noticeable. I still have mild bruising under my eye. I look normal enough that no one would suspect anything if I just wore a little concealer on that bruise. My face still doesn't look better than before. It feels tender and is mildly swollen under my chin. The cheek feel mildly swollen as well.
