Will Doing a Bichectomy Make Me Look Older or Better?

Good morning ! I would like to do a bichectomy soon but I'm afraid of the long-term effects with aging. I've seen a few people who regretted it and had drooping cheeks 5-6 years later when they were in their thirties. Afterwards, I don't know if these people removed only 30% or more of the bichât ball and I would also have questions because if I do, it's a maximum of 30% of the fat removed. Can it grow back later with massive weight gain?
And also, will it risk nasolabial folds next to the nose or mouth wrinkles?
I put in photos last the posts on a forum of person to whom the bichectomy aged them.
I sent you photos with the beard, I finally gained mass because I do bodybuilding, I gained 20 kg in 3 months. I overdid it a bit, but I would like to know if after the bichectomy, I could still gain, for example, 10 kg in 3 months and then the goal is to lose 6-7 kg again and only keep the muscle. Anyway, that's why I'm chubby, I must be 18% body fat.
And for the other photos, I was pretty dry, I think around 12% and in the end, I did a morph of my face, which is honestly what I would like.
And surely associate an increase in cheekbones by injection or fat, it's the same; I don't know if I plan to do it because I do Bonesmasing (I tap on the cheekbones with a hammer), it may seem a little crazy for ordinary people, but it works pretty well. I increased cheek bone and arch bone slightly in 6 months.
I live in Bali, I saw a surgeon who advised me to combine it with thread lift, it's a light facelift to stretch the skin, it lasts 1 year. Then I told her I was 21, so she told me there was no need. In short, she doesn't seem very competent, in addition, they do the bichectomy at 300€ and I saw that there were before and after sessions with obese women, so not very useful, but she was still alive afterwards, so that's already it.
In short, here are my questions, hoping to have good answers and also last info, I have thick skin.

There is absolutely nothing wrong with your face. Nothing. You have a great face. Facial fat removal will age you- if not now eventually. Please do not let anyone convince you to touch your face. You are young and you look it and that is GREAT. Faces thin out over time. I have a wide face and high cheek bones and alway thought my face looked fat. NOW I am 34 and my body weight is the same it's always been and my cheeks have thinned out. Literally the only difference to my face in the last 15 years is I've lost facial fat. Dooooont touch your face. Enjoy the youthful glow. If this is something you can't stop thinking about talk to a therapist who specializes in body image. My friend. There is NOTHING to do to your face.
Buccal fat removal is permanent and will not grow back, if you’re considering this surgery I would not recommend getting so much taken out to the point of the “sunken cheeks” look. When you age you will look ghostly and will be very much regretting ur decision. In my opinion ur cheeks are a perfect size and look imbalance with the rest of ur face features. Initially it’s completely up to you, I would say ask the surgeon not to take loads of ur fat out, it’s also key to note that when having this surgery it can in some cases leave ur face slightly asymmetric if too much is taken out of one side of the cheek more than the other. Hope this helps.
Nah. I gotten older, annd yes my face slimmed some, but my buccal fat is starting to sag. It just depends on your anatomy.
Also, PARTIAL removal is key. The Asian in the screenshot sound like they had FULL removal.
