Asymmetrical cheeks after buccal fat removal

Buccal Fat Removal Asymmetrical
Everything was fine until I do this surgery and it became asymmetrical. 3 months post-op and one side of my cheek is fuller than the other while both sides of fats were removed equally. My doctor recommend me to do a revision on the fuller side.

the exact same thing happened to me and it was just residual swelling. I would wait at least a year before a revision
The swelling all went down. The side where is thinner was actually more swollen and even infected and took longer than the fuller side to heal
I'm sorry that you had such a bad experience with this procedure. Are you planning to go ahead with the revision suggested by your doctor?
