I love the results! Buccal fat removal has completely changed the way my face appears, how it photographs, and how people view me. My lips started to appear bigger bc my cheeks got smaller (then I also added some volume, which you can see in the two latest photos). Definitely would recommend to anyone seriously considering the procedure. Dr. Omar is fantastic. I have recommended some friends to him, and they love their results as well!

Its difficult to show in pictures, but I’m trying, lol, but what I have noticed the most is that my face is definitely more “angled,” (vs contoured). Ie. the front of my face has way less bulk than before, and has created a more elongated shape in my face (love it!!).
The scaring on the inside of my mouth is mostly gone. I don’t feel it when I talk or yawn or eating, but can obviously feel it when I press my tongue against it. At this rate, it will prob be 100% gone in the next 20-30 days, along with more contouring in my face.

You look great! I just want to suggest something that helped with me though... Botox in the jaw muscles! I had a chubby square face too and I got FaceTite instead of buccal fat removal along with the Botox and that thinned my face out a lot! Plus it’s quick painless and relatively cheap.

Hi, I had the same hesitation. Got a quote from a doctor in Newport Beach charging $4k. I think this is a pretty straightforward procedure. So I'm planning to put a deposit. Seems like Dr Lazo has done tons of these. Did you do it too? Are you happy?
Hello- planning on choosing this doctor for my buccal fat removal but I’m a little hesitant going to Mexico. Did you travel there? If yes, is it safe and clean? Appreciate your response.
It’s very safe! I suggest parking on the US side, walking across, catching an uber (not taxi), and heading to the doctors office, which is only about 5-10m from the border. That way , coming back will be faster. I did it with my roomie, and we were in an out of Mexico in just over an hour.

Important detail I left out...
When I first contacted Dr. Omar Lazos, I had read though what seemed like hundreds of different reviews, and most people who had done the buccal fat removal either also has the chin lipo done, or WISHED they had. So originally, I wanted to do both as well.
HOWEVER, Dr. Lazos advised against this.
I was unsure, but still scheduled the BFR.
Even on the day of my procedure I asked him again, and his answer remained the same. ThT I was “not a good candidate.”
I am SO HAPPY he advised me not to do it.
For me, it wold have been a waste of time, money, and downtime.
To me, this speaks volumes about Dr. Lazos, as he could have agreed, only to make a few extras bucks, and it would have not done much for me at all.
Again, so happy with my results, and Dr. Omar. I definitely recommend him for this procedure.

You look so beautiful! I am so envious and relate to how you were feeling pre-procedure. I’ve always wanted it done, but only recently in a financial position to get serious. I have looked through almost every review for your doctor and decided to reach out asking if he thought I was a candidate. Unfortunately I waited too long as he thought my skin wasn’t supple enough to be a good candidate. It broke my heart but appreciated his candor.
