My skin has improved drastically

I changed my diet and started using a few helpful but expensive face products. Lots of omegas, flax oil, wheat grass, supplements, msm powder, raw food diet, juicing, fresh veggies /fruits - plant based diet. Drinking lots and lots of water - no alcohol. Hyaluronic acid serum from skin ceuticals on my face. Saw improvement in 3 weeks. Just wanted to update in case anyone wanted to change diet/eating get products. See results in photos.

I had 2 IPL treatments done. The first one was very mild and I liked the results and so I scheduled a series of treatments 6 weeks apart. I cancelled after the second one as I noticed textural changes in my skin. Larger pores, crepey skin, micro lines and wrinkles that were not there before. My skin now feels rough, dry and leathery. I’m only 35 and I now look 45. What can I do to help correct this? Doctors? Please don’t say this is unusual — I’m experiencing the same symptoms of many other patients on here from IPL. The person doing my IPL Has been doing it 20 years, highly qualified and it took months to get an appointment. My skin was beautiful before this, smooth & porcelain like and people thought I was 25. It only had some slight redness. Now in addition I see spots. The person who did this told me my Rosacea is “acting up” which was never a problem before this treatment. Help!
