I never write reviews...unless I'm really pissed off about some bad experience at place or just overall really bad service. I am truly happy that I am not writing this review for neither reasons. I felt the need to write about my experience with the amazing Dr. Claytor and his amazing team. I am a 28 year old female and I had my surgery on Aug 1, 2017 at Bryn Mawr main hospital. My procedure were a full tummy tuck, breast augmentation, and a breast reduction + lift. I'll start with the initial consult. I decided to use real self reviews to help me select board plastic surgeons in my area. I made a list of my top 3 doctors. I was so impressed with the Dr.Claytor's work(before and afters, his high praised reviews, and his overall background, that I made him my first pick. I requested a consult via email. Debbie contacted back the same day and we scheduled a phone call to go over what I'm looking to have done. Debbie is just amazing! I was nervous and unsure of what exactly I wanted done. She was so kind and patient. She took her time explaining different procedures that I had in mind and other useful information. The whole interaction over the phone was just so pleasant. It wasn't forced or a sales pitch. We moved forward with setting up the consultation with Dr.Claytor. I was so nervous, I guess because it starts to feel real when you walk into a plastic surgery office . So the office is beautiful and modern. The staff: Mara (receptionist) such a genuinely nice person and always helpful with appt setup ups and messages etc. Heather (RN) she is amazing! She will sit down with you and she makes sure to cover everything!!! from next steps, post op prescriptions/ medication history, ordering tests etc. We had a good laugh because I had my meeting together with my sister. My sister was just so easy and nonchalant about everything and then I'm the polar opposite hypochondriac sitting beside her. But Heather was so caring, very patient, and funny. We had a good laugh. Debbie (office coordinator) I met with Debbie first on the day of my consultation. She was even more lovely in person. She took me to a nice private room where she explained a couple of things and played some informational videos about the procedures. She also pulled out 3 photo blinders that were filled with 100s of Dr.Claytor's patient's before and after pictures. She gave me privacy and told me to take my time and not to feel rushed. She told me to knock on the next door when I am ready. The photo albums were really helpful. There were woman(no faces or names) from different age groups,different racial backgrounds, combined or separate procedures. I found 3 women that had the same age,skin tone, and almost the exact body and another that had the same breast problem that I had. I was so amazed with the after photos. On Dr.Claytor's website there isn't a lot of before and after photos of his patients. The reason for that is patient privacy and sign consents. Dr.Claytor respects patient confidentiality/ privacy. Inside the pack of surgical paperwork there are consent forms to release photos and such. They never asked or demanded photos to be release. It's entirely up to the patient. Debbie was extremely helpful in the financial aspect of the surgery and setting up everything with the hospital. She always answered my calls and emails right away. Emily (Medical assistant) if you read any of reviews below this one, you will see Emily's name in almost every post and people raving how amazing she is. Well...now I am gladly adding myself to bunch. Seriously this girl is beyond amazing. She's Dr.Claytor's secret weapon
