I was very nervous when I came in and Dr. Kreegel was very patience very informative he relaxed me about cracking jokes and very caring. I did not experience much pain from the begining . The staff was extraordinary ???? they demonstrated a high level of customer service and patient sensitivity. While my husband was waiting for me during surgery they eased his mind. I am happy with my results
