Wish I Had Gone Elsewhere for Brow Lift

Six months post ptosis repair and brow lift. Ptosis repair fine on the one eye that needed it. No change noticed on the eye that didn’t need it but was still recommended I do, so I listened.

Brow lift definitely not worth the high cost (almost double another quote I received, so I mistakenly thought I’d love the results) or pain. My results are barely noticeable. But shame on me for not realizing Dr Z is not a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon.

I received another bill I was not expecting after paying a lot already. I called the office and the extremely rude and unprofessional receptionist, Kimmy, asked me why I thought I didn’t have to pay my bills. WOW. I was most surprised a Dr would hire someone who spoke down to patients.
