Brow lift and mid face surgery - horrible denting

Brow Lift +midface Surgery &horrible Denting

I had brow lift +midface lift surgery done 3 weeks ago after which I’m left with horrible denting on my right lob. ( my doctor has performed endoscopic lift on my right side to fix asymmetry). I was told to wait up to 6 month for full recovery. I know 3 weeks is still early to judge . However I have seen lots of cases on endoscopic lift which doesn’t end up in denting like mine… Is it normal to have these denting??
I would really appreciate to hear professional opinions.

Those may be sutures that will dissolve gradually? I have something similar but not on brows
omg you look great apart from that, I bet you could add fillers or a lipo fat injection to fix it if it doesnt come right

Who was your surgeon? I’m looking at a similar procedure with some Turkish surgeons. I’ve talked to a few post op girls and they say they look a little crazy until the 3 month mark.
