Don’t Let Him Touch Your Face
This review is written to document a significant and unresolved experience with this practice in the interest of transparency for prospective and current patients.
I underwent a brow lift in March 2025 with Dr. Voci in preparation for my November 2025 wedding. Unfortunately, I was left with one large horizontal line across my forehead above both brows, which was not the expected or desired outcome. Additionally, the recovery timeline was repeatedly changed. I was initially told I would be healed by my wedding date, which later shifted to 12+ months, long after the event the procedure was planned around.
After raising my concerns, Dr. Voci eventually acknowledged the issue in writing and agreed to issue a full refund. However, no refund has been provided, and communication has stalled for an extended period of time. I was also asked to remain silent and delay posting a review, yet the promised refund has still not been issued.
In his most recent correspondence, Dr. Voci cited frozen bank accounts as the reason for non-payment. Something tells me it would be hard to pay bills and employees if that was truly the case. During this same timeframe, I continued to receive promotional emails from both him and his wife regarding Valentine’s Day events and parties, which has been confusing and discouraging given the unresolved matter.
I gave ample time and multiple opportunities for this to be resolved privately and professionally. Due to the continued lack of follow-through, I feel compelled to share my experience publicly and now take further action, which is incredibly frustrating and exhausting being 7+ months pregnant.
