I have been a loyal customer of Facial Aesthetic Concepts for over 10 years now, and my experience has always been outstanding. I love that they have multiple locations, making it incredibly convenient to schedule appointments. Over the years, I have had Botox, fillers, and various laser treatments, all with great results.
I first met Dr. Brandon when I was considering a brow lift due to my drooping eyebrows. During our consultation, the first question I asked was, “What would you do or change?” Instead of immediately offering his opinion, he handed me a mirror and said, “What do you want to change?” That moment stood out to me—his approach was different from the other surgeons I had consulted with. He made it clear that aesthetic procedures should be about my personal goals, not about what a doctor thinks I need.
It turned out that I was not a candidate for a traditional brow lift, but rather a temporal brow lift. Dr. Brandon provided me with multiple options, including non-surgical treatments, to see if I could achieve my desired results without surgery. That level of honesty and patient-centered care impressed me even more.
After two years (and at 53 years old), I finally decided to move forward with the temporal brow lift. Since I had been getting Sculptra in my temples every eight months, I also opted for fat grafting to that area. Additionally, I had always disliked the shape of the tip of my nose. Dr. Brandon pointed out that it was slightly collapsing and recommended a graft for support. He explained that a cadaver graft would be a better option than using my own tissue—less surgery, faster recovery, and a more efficient process. That level of expertise and attention to detail made me feel completely confident in my decision.
I ultimately underwent a temporal brow lift, rhinoplasty revision, fat grafting and topped it off with a CO2 laser treatment for my face, chest, and neck. The best part of the entire experience was that Dr. Brandon’s surgery center offers a 24-hour post-op stay, which I took advantage of. It was the best decision I could have made! I was treated like a queen, and it made my recovery much smoother and more comfortable.
From the moment I committed to the surgery, everything was seamless. Within two weeks, they had all my appointments scheduled, medications ready, pre-op bloodwork completed, and detailed instructions provided. They even called to check in on me and gave me a pre-surgery skincare routine to enhance my results. I felt completely informed, assured, and confident every step of the way.
Post-surgery, all my follow-up appointments were pre-scheduled, including a complimentary facial just for me! I now look refreshed and couldn’t be happier with my results. I have since referred several friends, some of whom have had consultations, while others have opted for non-surgical treatments.
