How it works
- Our highly-trained Review Moderation team evaluates all reviews before they're published to ensure they're written by people like you and not a member of a doctor's office.
- This multi-step process takes up to 24 hours from review submission to publication.
- Doctors can't pay to have reviews removed or hidden.

Don’t Do It!!
I found Dr.Bernardini through instagram, after looking for a trust worthy doctor for a long time, i thought i had found one when i looked at the gallery of before and after pictures on his profile. Also looked for reviews on him and didn’t found much but found a very good one (the other one on this site). Fool of myself to believe this was enough proof i needed…
I decided to have an online appointment with him to settle if this was a good choice. The problem I wanted to fix was that i have a asymmetry on my eyebrows.. and this makes one eye to be more hooded than the other. Anyway, on this video call he saw me and told me this was an easy fix with endoscopic brow lift and showed me some amazing before and after picture. He seemed like a nice person so i decided to go through with this.I was all WRONG Booked the surgery for some months after, and three days before this day i had to pay in full ( a big ridiculous amount of money, much more than other doctors had asked for..) Not being from Italy i had to book flights hotel etc.. for one week.On the day before the surgery i had the pre operative appointment which went TERRIBLE because he talked to me as if i was only asking if this surgery was a good option for me, and said yes this is easy fix, the asymmetry is not that big i would not even need blepharoplasty to lift eyelids) then proceeded to give me a quote on the price for the surgery… at this point i was like [RS bleep] i have already payed the surgery in full!!! You are doing this surgery on me TOMORROW.. he did not even knew it!! according to him this was the first time he ever saw me… he said he didn’t knew how he was going to do this.. he was not sure how many cuts in my head he was going to make.. imagine my nerves i was going to get surgery for first time tomorrow!!At this point should have backed out but after all i had already payed i decided to go through with it.Next morning very early i went to the clinic they put me in a room where i was going to leave my stuff then left me and said the doctor is coming to have a last talk with you.. i waited, no one came for some time then the doctor came through the door sooo stressed and in a hurry told me very rudely: Why aren’t you on the robe already!!!! We have to go!! The robe had a knot that couldn’t undo so i told him i need another robe.. he looked at my very angry screaming to the nurse to bring another robe and quickly said: “anymore questions!?!!” I tried to put some words out but he interrupted me saying: “if not then i go!!” And left the room running not letting me say anything. At this point i was so nervous got the robe on and went to the surgery room layed ln table the nurses came and quickly put me the thing to breath the aneasthetic and put me to sleep.. as i was getting sleepy came the doctor saw me and started freaking out because i had piercings on.. no one ever said to me to take them off (this was the first surgery ever for me) i had to explain to the nurses while falling asleep how to tale them off.. i fell asleep with then trying to tale them off..Then i woke up on the room feeling empty headed and strange 10 min after came the doctor looked at me said everything was perfect took a picture of me and asked me to post on instagram.. i said no!.. this was the best i looked and this whole experience just before the swelling started kicking in..Some time after, When i was able to get up and go to the bathroom i looked in the mirror and freezed it was horrible looking at myself and not recognizing the person looking back.. I started swelling up.Ok.. the next few days where horrible this surgery was waaaaaay more serious than they make it look! I was in so much pain I couldn’t even fall asleep.. they gave me a nurse number in case of any questions, she wouldn’t give a stronger pain killer just the normal painkiller you use every day..The next days where a nightmare i spent about 5 there looking like a strange ugly person in the mirror looking completely different of myself.. it was quite a traumatic experience.. the pain the reflection and the feeling of sensation of the nerves in my head.I started looking a little more normal at the end of the week when i went to the post operative appointment where i told him i felt like this was a little more extreme than i thought and that i was looking a little too different.. he said i looked better than before and to wait.I waited, went back to my country and some days after i started getting more swelling on my eyes i started looking terrible the eyebrows felt on my eyes again, i could only speak to the nurse who would only say “its normal”Anyway,Here i am about one year and a half after, with several bald spots on my head where the scars are, with the full asymmetry in my eyebrows, and on the last post operative appointment with the doctor (where i had to fly from my country to get here), where the doctor said he did the job and if i didn’t like it it was my problem and to [RS bleep] basically showed me through the door and kick me out of his office.. very very rudely even though i was being polite to him even when i wanted to cry since he put me though hell and i payed basically my savings for all of this. My eyebrows are the same as they where before but I have significant less mobility on my left brow I can barely lift it. If you are considering seriously to get surgery from him i am open to talk with you show you the pictures of the whole process and before and after photos.. i don’t want anyone to go through all i had to go through..
