Quick summary. Had 3 sets of implants spanning 25 years. Approx 295cc silicone under then over then sub-glandular. Felt very heavy and un-natural, always hunching over to hide them and felt fake. Been very encouraged by others who have posted before me, and am pleasantly surprised by how well my breasts are responding. Good luck to all who are considering explant, its a scary journey, but we are not defined by how we look xx
