Always small breasted (34A) I've decided I'm at a place to do something for myself.
Dr Labrasca helped with the confidence and decision making process.
Decided on 250 cc @ left, 270 @ right side
Procedure will be done 4/23- that's quick after my 4/6 consultation!
Before pic is posted, I'll update in the days after.

According to proper measurement.... 30 D!
Obviously 34A wasnt correct. I understand more than half of women wear the wrong bra size

I gotta be honest, the pain leaving the hospital was intense. And I fancy myself pretty tough. Ice packs on the incision, especially, the right, and its 80% better. I can use my left arm pretty well, the right... ugh. Pics tomorrow @ day 2
No problem breathing

About a day and a half, the soreness has diminished exponentially. My right is still on fire, but only when I really move. The left seems bigger to me, it always was. But I'm going to hope they even out. 275cc on right, 250cc left

Hi there, I feel you! My first week or 2 of recovery was pretty intense! The 1st week was brutal! :( I was very sore and in a lot of pain. I too was like you and muscular and athletic so my pectoral muscles were pretty tight and that’s why I was having so much pain. But it does get easier each week it gets better and better and you gain mobility back in your arms. I am 6 weeks postop tomorrow and I am super happy! So just give it a few weeks and you will feel like yourself again! Also I don’t know if your PS discussed with you the fact that doing pectoral muscles exercises should be avoided for long-term results. I don’t think any PS will be completely honest and say that you never should do anymore pectoral exercises....but as far as long term, my PS said that I definitely want to avoid exercising them as often as I was. So I have chosen to not exercise those muscles any longer. But there still are plenty of other exercises you can do to help with chest that work in directly with the that muscle. Especially with me doing yoga and Pilates. Anyways happy healing! (If you want to follow me I have a review l....I will post my 6 week postop pics tomorrow!) :)
