Just thought I'd drop in and post. I'm coming up on 2 years next month.
I saw a big change in softness in the 18 month range. At that point I'd given up any more differences. Not that I was unhappy but my right was just firmer. It does still seem a little higher but looking at my before pictures, it was the same prior to surgery.

I had several people asking for an update with no clothes.
Here are a few pics, topless at 13 months.
My right is still a little higher but it was a different size prior to surgery. Sisters, not twins.

One year anniversary!
I just wanted to drop an update on my 1 year anniversary!
Be patient ladies, it is a process for sure.
I went from regretting my decision, guilt over spending the money on myself, looking for a revision for what I thought was a bad choice in profile and size, to being completely happy with what I ended up with.
I saw the majority of my changes around 7 - 8 months. My only regret at this point is that I didn't do it 10 years sooner.
To recap- I am 5' 6" 118 pounds starting 32A. 250/275cc moderate profile plus silicone unders, I'm now 32DD

You look amazing! So happy for you that you grew to love them. How did they change between 6-12 months? Curious because I’m now approaching a 6 month mark myself... also would you mind terribly to post a picture with the nude boobies? :)
