Follow Up
I had a follow up with Dr. Testa and we're both very happy with my results so far. He stressed on the importance of wearing the compression garment as it helps with healing . So far I do see my stretch marks a lot more but I'm hoping with exercise I can tighten some of the loose skin.I don't have pain but I do have soreness in the area. I haven't been wearing my compression as much as I should so I didn't add pictures as this may not reflect the doctors work. I'd be adding pictures soon but so far I do see an improvement.

Follow Up Appointment and massage/Drain
Today I went to my follow up appointment and received my first lymphatic massage and boy it was very painful. I did have some drainage and it allowed them to help with shaping my waist , well at least that's what I was told. I was then fitted for my faja and I also bought tummy and back boards. Honestly these items are less expensive on amazon but since I didn't have them in my possession, I decided to get it there. They recommend 10 massages in 4 weeks but I'm not sure how much of that I'll be able to do. As of now with all the swelling I see some improvement and I'm hoping that skin tightening would improve the appearance of my stretch marks. After wearing my faja (compression garment ) for about a half hour I had to take it off because it was too tight and I felt like I was slowly losing my breath , so I changed into something I had at home with the boards in place I I hope it doesn't affect my results negatively . I'm both excited and nervous to see my final results .

Day of treatment
Today is the day!!
I had procedure done today and I must say the actual process was not as painful as I anticipated. Dr. Testa is AMAZING and made my experience great. He kept me well informed during the process and was always making sure I wasn't in any unnecessary pain or discomfort.

i also have a hernia.. Were the results successful? is you stomach flatter now?
The procedure was done yesterday so I'm not 100% what the results are just yet. I'll update with pics as much as I can .
Thanks so much! Wishing you a speedy recovery :)
Hi, how are you doing now? I had the same thing done 4 days ago and was wondering how yours was going. Thanks
Congrats and I hope your healing process is fast and pain free. I'm doing great but I'll encourage you to wear your compression garment (with boards) and drink A LOT of water. I'm not in any pain and I do gentle self massages ( outside of massages recommend by my doctor ) to areas that feel a bit hard to my touch to help break it down. I also use arnica gel or cream to help with the swelling . Hope this info helps I've also watched a lot of YouTube videos and read a lot of reviews to find things that worked for me . Good luck and I hope you see amazing results .
Hi, I just got a look at your after photos, you look great! I can only hope that mine looks close to yours! My starting belly was much larger and I have loose skin. I've noticed a difference in my belly the day of so I know it'll only get better. I have to wear the nasty, very uncomfortable binder for 3 wks. I don't have a board though. Did your PS give you that?
