TRAY 7 UPDATE! (3-4 months with the trays)
$4,000
I haven't posted any images because can't really see much progress through photos. Will post photos once I notice a little change, but so far no good.
Just keep in mind that sometimes you'll hit a wall. For instance, my trays weren't fitting too well on one of my canines, so I have to get a new molding for a new set of trays, which caused me to be on 7 for a month now. Yes that's a bummer. I am still waiting on my new tray, and I want to feel that tightness again so I know something's working.

TRAY 1: 8/7/2017
Day1: Tongue was cut a little due to sharp foreign objects in my mouth. Definitely have a lisp and speech impairments, but hoping it will go away. End of the day, mouth was sore and teeth are sore.
Day 2: Grew a little bubble under my tongue due to the sharp edges of the bottom tray. Mouth was still sore, probably from constantly biting onto the trays without realizing. Teeth were definitely still sore.
Day 3: So much sores under my tongue, hurts to talk for a long period of time. So much easier to remove upper and bottom trays without pain.
Day 4: Grew such a bad bubble in the back of my tongue. Hurts to speak and hurts to even eat, swallow, gurgle, etc.
Day 5: Still a slight pain from the bubble in the back of my tongue, but wasn’t as bad as the day before. Mouth still constantly dry and water doesn’t seem to be doing the trick.
After the first week, all the canker sores were gone. No more painful tongue sores and no more soreness/sensitive teeth. By the end of Tray 1, they were really easy to pop off and in, and I am already getting use to the trays being inside my mouth.

Wow. That sounds really rough with the sores on your tongue. :-| Did you talk to your dentist about that. I don't think I have read any other reviews where that happened. At least that bad.
Thank god they went away by the end of the first week. I'm on my second tray and have no sores! Maybe my mouth is use to this plastic now haha
How's it going? I just paid for mine and waiting on them to arrive at the ortho office
So far so good. I’m on my 6th tray now. Don’t see any changes so far but that’s normal! I’m use to them now and they don’t bother me anymore! If you have any questions along the way feel free to ask!
Hi. How are u....im on tray two now. I had the same sore toungue lol. No more sores but tray two is tight.
I notice that my first tray which was super tight became easily removable by the 2nd week. Its that ur experience as well

Hey! Yes yes, the sores goes away once your mouth adjust to the tray. Since it was once a foreign object in your mouth it took time to get use to. Usually when I get a new tray, they are tight for about 4 days and they get easier to remove. That's normal from my experience so far. Sadly, I hit a bump. The trays weren't fitting as well on my attachments. I am on tray 7 and had to get a new molding for a new set of tray. I had my tray 7 for almost a month now and I am dying to get my new trays already...
Have you now seen a change? If not, do you know when people normally see a change ?
Would you recommend getting them instead of traditional braces?
I am on tray 7 at the moment. I hit a bump in my treatment where the trays weren't sitting well against my teeth so I have to get new molds for them to create a whole new set of trays. I am still waiting on my new trays to come in. I have not seen a change yet and it really depends on how severe your teeth are. My orthodontist told me my teeth definitely have shifted even if I don't see it, so it's good news. I never had traditional braces, so I can't say which is better. THey say clear correct/invisalign is not as noticeable, but they are still quite noticeable if people are staring straight at you and speaking to you. If you are going to get attachments they are even more noticeable but its not a big deal for me. Having these trays, you have to be fully committed on cleaning them well and having them on as long as possible!
I am on day 4 and the canker sores are killing me. I didn’t myself popping them out just to get some relief. Praying this is just a phase
This is definitely just a phase! My sores went away probably during the second tray. It's a new foreign object in your month, and your tongue and your mouth is constantly exploring this object creating those sores. Try gurgling salt and water. I found that helped healed them a little quicker. It will get better!
Hey there, I was wondering how your progress is going..? Sorry to hear about the bad canker sores. I am on the second tray and they keep forming and going away on their own-- they are very aggravating though. Hope everything else went well with you.
