I've finally made the decision to have the surgery after so many years of contemplating ..I can no longer take the pain..after physical therapy and countless pain killers my surgery is in 5 days. I'm a lil nervous because I don't know what to expect as far as the pain.. Well no turning back now ????

That's a good question. I think they just assumed they would approve it due to my history and pain. We're in the appeals process now, so I need lots of prayers!

Don't be nervous!! I know everyone says it but you seriously will not regret it!! You'll be mad at yourself for not doing it sooner!! When you go in for the surgery, it honestly feels like you went to sleep. It will feel like it all happened in a blink of a eye! Also, the pain really isn't that bad. Just annoying because you can't do the normal stuff. And I had a fever so it was a little frustrating

Have you tried speaking to them? Maybe they will let you try again. I seen that some people get denied a couple of times before they get approved
