23 Year Old Looking to Regain Former Glory, Ended Up Worse Than Before. Brooklyn, NY

When I intially went to see the doctor, I had heard so many good things and hoped for similar results. I was 23 years old and has lost a lot of volume since motherhood. I had very deflated looking c's and wanted her to restore me to my former dd's from High school. She was very thoughtful and listened to everything I had to say. Surgery went just fine and the first year the results looked ok. However, at a year and a half I began to notice drooping and a strange look to my breasts. I went back to the doctor and while she was polite, my concerns were met with replies of it being normal, none of it bei her fault and that she could fix it but I would have to pay again. Over these years my breasts have only gotten worse, they've acquired a runny, droopy look when the breast tissue drapes off the implant. Since my visit with her, I've been ashamed and have mostly covered up and tried to not let them be seen. I decided to go to a spa this weekend and what I was told was the last straw. A fellow steamer said, in a not so hushed whisper, that my breasts were the worse job she'd ever seen done, "a disaster akin to a Picasso". This is word for word, no exaggeration. I didn't get these done to feel shame or have my self esteem end up worse than when I went in. While she was very nice and initial results are good, interest seems to fall off the minute something goes wrong down the road. Now I'm looked to get a revision on what should have been a great job the first time and I'm waiting to hear from the doctor.

I am so sorry about your results! It does look like she isn't very experienced in what she was doing! I know of a 2 well known doctors with immaculate credentials and experience. Dr. Hochstein in Miami is known as "The Boob God" and he really is! His pricing is very reasonable and the other doctor is Dr. David E. Kim in Beverley Hills. His BA's are the best I've seen, but he is pretty expensive, BUT well worth every penny. Look him up on YouTube. He has him own channel and videos of his clients with b4, during and afters. I hope this helps you. It is not the end of the world! Get back up, dust yourself off and get your life back. Good luck on your journey. If I can help you, don't hesitate to send me a message:)

Sorry, I ment to say "she DOESNT look like she is very experienced."

Looked her up and she is a general surgeon and not a plastic surgeon!

Does that have legal weight to it? What can I do?

First of all, who comments that to someone else -- the steamer lady? What the heck?!! Why would you tell that to someone? I do not think they look Picasso-ish at all, btw. If indeed they looked one way and then changed, it could be capsular contracture and your doc didn't want to admit it because she didn't want to fix it. I had cc within a year of my first ba, and one of the first signs was that one side changed shape and the tissue seemed to hang off of the implant. It's very common and can be corrected, so no worries. Check out my reviews. I also went to a new doc for my revision cause I didn't like what my first doc wanted to do for the revision, even tho it was for a fraction of the cost of what I paid. It's worth paying more because I am finally happy.

I told my doctor at that second appt that I suspected it was cc and she claimed it happens often and is never the doctors fault. I have a doctor I want to see here in Austin for a revision but am waiting to get all the surgical notes from the old doctor so I can proceed. Posting this review has opened my eyes to a lot I didn't know and a lot I was possibly lied to about. Many thanks to you ladies!

I have a good revision doc in Houston if you need another consult. I found him on here. You can post a question on the doc q&a forum and you'll get many good professional opinions about your situation. Good luck!!

I noticed you're in Austin, tx now, the surgeon I chose for my BA (Dec 18) actually specializes in revisions. He is in Dallas if you are willing to travel. His name is Dr Stagnone. I really like him. Good luck!

Thanks for your wishes. It's been 4 years now and I went to her when my concerns first surfaced a year and a half in. I don't think she will make any effort to fix this.

It occurred to me that because I'm sticking out my chest in these other pictures it looks like my nipples face outward. Here are better pictures with a relaxed posture.

I didn't have tuberous breasts before this.
