35yo 5 Kids 5”3 150 Pre Op

I had surgery in June I was very excited about my procedure so as a gift for having our kids my husband paid for my surgery. I was scheduled for June 9 two days prior to my scheduled date I received a call asking if I would be willing to come on the 8th at 6 i asked the coordinator who would be my dr because I wanted dr v I was told don’t worry my surgery would be with dr v and dr Perkins I said great ok I’m willing to move the date up. I arrived and was very nervous and also excited. We went to the area where surgery would be performed (basement) and I changed and went into room I seen dr Perkins and he began to make me. In my head I said where is dr v but I assumed he would be arriving shortly but he never did arrive like I was told. The dr who did my surgery was very nice and so was the staff I was given pills to relax the dr asked if I had pic I would like to show him of how I wanted my bbl I showed him pics I had from their ig because I figured it was best to use a pic of someone they had done work on. So about 6ish the dr got a call and turned to me and said he had to answer call because it was the hospital I’m guessing he was on call he answers call I hear him state he’ll be done around 7 and will be going to the hospital as soon as he was done. It seemed as if after the call he was trying to hurry up and finish he then told the Tec in the room I think I’m going to put 500cc I thought nothing of it at the time but their was so much useable fat that was wasted but I gave the benefit of the doubt because I had shown pic of what I wanted. Pictures were taken and dr asked me could I Stick my rear end up for pic then I was asked to stand up and dr places staples in my butt where fat was injected and I asked him if I would have drains he said no. I was then wrapped with wee wee pads and tape and sent home. The following day I returned for massage and I brought 2 Fajas, belly and back board, vitamins and a cream to help with black and blues and bbl pillow that was about 500 dollars or so. I continued my massages 5 days a week for over 2 months keep my faja, abdomen and back boards on all day only removing to shower I also used my butt pillow at all times. About a month post op after the massage lady had been manually draining me she seen areas where the fat had begun to get hard so she was unable to massage it out she advised me to go back and see dr and have him drain with the syringe so I made an appointment and told dr v what massage therapist said dr v said it was no need it was adema and would go away in about a month or so I also told dr my bbl isn’t the way I asked and advised him of what happened during surgery. A month later the spot I was advised needed to be drained had developed into a large lump in my abdomen above my belly button and on my right waistline the was also a large indent I then made another appointment and seen dr v and I told him I had went to a general surgeon and was given a script to have a ct scan and I had report of findings dr v was uninterested I continue to tell him and assistant I was not happy with my results and ppl who knew I had surgery had said I look the same my husband said it was a waste because he didn’t see a difference in my body. I was pretty much brushed off and told by dr v that some of the photos are photoshopped on ig. Dissatisfied and disgusted I left appointment feeling as I wasted my time and money mind you this was my second follow up about 2 months after surgery. Dr v then told me to gain weight and come back in 6 months (dec 16, 2017) but at this point I had went to another dr and had another 360 lipo and bbl to correct the issues and have results I expected from the first surgery I am happy with my results from the second dr and I have done nothing different then the first surgery. I never went for the third follow up because my husband and I felt as if it was a lost cause because I had complained and all my concerns were brushed off by dr v in the first and second follow up we tried to show documents of ct scan report etc and dr v and assistant keep talking over us and brushing us off and it seemed as if they weren’t going to try to make me happy unless I paid them to redo bbl and 360 lipo but at that point I wasn’t going to give them another dime and be unhappy with my results so I went elsewhere. I would advise you spend the extra money and go Elsewhere I also referred friend but after they seen my results they canceled their surgery and or consult with allure. I am now a month away from having another procedure lipo and tummy tuck to remove extra skin( don’t really need lipo but it included in the package for my tummy tuck) it’s more of a touch up. Staff is polite respectful but once they get your money and u are not happy dr and assistant are very dismissive. NEVER AGAIN will I use this clinic ???????? I also requested my pre and post op pic be emailed to me at my first follow up I gave my email and have yet to receive them
