Healing well after 6 months
34D (339cc) upgraded to 36DD (445cc) using 85cc fat transfer
Just wanted to add in the details... 1st BA (DR Clukies) was over the muscle with Saline (240cc) which gave me a natural looking 34C
2nd BA (DR Russo) was under muscle silicone with 339cc moderate profile placed very high gave me a deformed looking 34D with no fullness at bottom of breast. (I do NOT recommend him)
3rd BA (with Dr Tantillo) amazing results!!! Using 445cc silicone shaped implants and 85cc of fat transfer (lipo from tummy) gave me a 36DD natural looking full at bottom breast with centered nipples (this Doctor is AWESOME!)

Going into my consultation with DR Tantillo, I was nervous as I'd had a bad experience in the past with another plastic surgeon. However, my botched breast implants had bothered me long enough and it was time to get them fixed! I explained to DR Tantillo what my desired results were, basically more fullness at the bottom of the breast, with a natural slope and a centered nipple. My prior doctor had placed my implants too high and I felt that they looked deformed, with an imbalance due to asymmetry. I also was facing regular bouts of pain across the left breast since this prior doctor had not properly released my pectoral muscle. This was very uncomfortable... However I had been afraid to go under the knife again, for I feared possible complications.
DR Tantillo put all my fears to rest. He and his staff made me feel so comfortable. We talked in length about my options. We discussed my expectations, and my fears. DR Tantillo informed me of the fat transfer option and explained how adding additional fat around the shaped implant, after removing fat from another area on my body, would add some natural fullness and create the softer feel that I wanted. I thought this sounded great, because after so many augmentations I didn't have a lot of natural tissue remaining. I also had a little pudge around my waistline that I wouldn't mind getting rid of. So the lipo with augmentation and fat transfer seemed like a great way to kill two birds with one stone.
Keep in mind, a revision requires much more skill from a doctor, and some extra time on the operating table. Before he could do the work I needed, he first had to undo someone else's mistakes... I don't recommend putting your trust in just any doctor to do a revision. Plenty of plastic surgeons do well with a first time around breast job, but when it comes to a revision you really need an expert who knows all the current techniques and has the experience to do them right.
It has only been one week since I had my procedure, so I do expect my breasts to fall more into place. However I am extremely pleased with the outcome so far, DR Tantillo truly surpassed my expectations. I would recommend him to anyone.

I was extremely pleased with DR Tantillo's professionalism and his bedside manner was warm & friendly. I even received a phone call the evening of my surgery from the surgeon himself to check on me and make sure I was feeling all right. Wow did that make me feel cared about! He does not just treat you like some number, despite his busy schedule of patients. He genuinely cares, and worked diligently to accomplish the esthetic goals I had in mind.
