My experience with Dr. Bartlett and his whole staff was incredible. They were all respectful and caring. He explained the procedure in detail for me to help me make the best choice. His attention to detail is above and beyond. He spent twenty minutes on the morning of surgery measuring my chest and drawing a grid to be sure he gave me the best results. His staff was kind enough to let me know ahead of time that my insurance wouldn’t pay for my surgery rather have me wait for a denial in the mail. They worked with me to set up payments on my own. They were quick to schedule my consult and my surgery for a timeframe that fit my needs. People have told me that my chest is one of the best they’ve ever seen post-op top surgery for a trans man.
