42 Y/o Breast Lift with 370cc Ideal Saline Implants

Mother of 3 hoping for sexy, perky boobs!! I love working out and running so a bit concerned bigger boobs will be problematic. However want to be able to wear a bikini without having to tighten the strings to keep boobs up! My surgery is in 3 days!! Getting nervous about anesthesia and end results!

So surgery went well. Doctor decided to use the 335cc Ideal implants-filled to 370 cc's. He also had the 370cc Ideal implants which fill to 405cc. I started at 34C (sometimes 34B) Victoria's Secret size. Would like to be a full D cup. Told him I love to workout and run so hoping they aren't too big for me. Felt good after anesthesia! Actually came home and slept several more hours. Thought I would not need to take the pain meds, however I was wrong. I hate taking anything but Tylenol or Ibuprofen (a no no after surgery) but had to because the pain was worse than I thought it was going to be!! My chest wall was very sore, felt like I had done a super intense workout 2 days ago. I have not looked at them yet, just keeping my surgical bra on for now

So I got to take the bandages off today!! Pain improving, only taking Tylenol ES today (one pain pill to sleep last night). I'm surprised that I have minimal bruising. Breasts are high as expected! Couldn't wait to shower but was a bit difficult to wash hair-very sore to lift arms. Ice compresses have been my best friend!! I have been sleeping a bit elevated with 2 pillows. One surprise was how bloated & sore my abdomen is. Even if I try to suck it in, I can't!! Way to sore!! I had to read other reviews to find out that this is pretty normal after a breast augmentation. One other surprise, which was a pleasant one-my doctor sent me a vase of flowers wishing me a super recovery!! Very thoughtful!
