Feeling great at 3 months post-op! Running 3-5 miles without discomfort, wearing a good support bra. They still don't quite feel completely a part of me, some mild tightness of the pec muscles with certain movements (I had sub muscular 375cc Ideal breast implants with lift performed)

Your breasts look fantastic, I am happy you are able to get back to your running, I know it is extremely difficult to not do the things you love to do (active wise) while your injured/sick/recovering etc.

They really look like they've settled well. Yours looks a little like mine did at the beginning so I am hoping that mine settles down like your have as well. I know it's going to be a long process but I am willing to wait for the results! Your post is definitely encouragement! :)

It certainly is a long process and you need to have patience. I'm currently at four months postop so will send some updated pictures soon! Hang in there! It's totally worth it!!

They look great!!!!! Can you share the sports bra you use? I'm 6 weeks post op and just starting back to running and would love to know! I have 360 saline with a lift, So quite similar. Also, how's your nipple sensation? Thanks!!
