It Time for the Real Me to Come out. Bronx, NY

Tuesday January 23,2016 was my first weight lost support group.it was so many people there and I also felt like I was the smallest in the room compare to people there.they basically was talking about food portion and how to eat and they had 3 previous weight lost patients.they all looked so good and I couldn't believe they was all over 400 pds and they sure looked good but as they said with clothes on because of all that excess skin.i know I wouldn't have a problem with that because I'm not that big and I lost 70 pds before and my skin was tight but u never know so I'm hoping for the best.two patients had gastric bypass and one gastric sleeve it took him longer to loose weight.im going for the sleeve I want to lose it at a pace and it's less side effects.my next appointment is the nutritionist on January 9th 2016 and my next support group is January 23,2016.

I've been waiting for the day where I'm finally happy with myself to become the beautiful person I am inside as well as outside.i live in pain and lately I became depressed where I do not go outside unless I have to.I cannot believe I weight 270 my heaviest!!.enough is enough I can't wait for my first support group meeting which is this coming Tuesday January 23,2016.which I wish was a week away since we just recently had a blizzard in new york.they shut down transportation so hopefully by then it will be clear.listen I'm gonna be completely honest the only hard part for me is giving up smoking but I know I can do this and will do this so my ass is getting high off that sour for the next 2 days.im ready for this challenge but most of all this new beginning to a better me

Yesterday I made a call to my hospital and made my two support group appointments I need to attend due to my insurance.my best friend sister is having gastric sleeve today and she told me that the process seems long but it's actually quick.i am hoping that everything goes good.my first group meeting is January 26th 1016 and my second one is February 23 2016 and my nutrition appointment is February 9th 2016 and I'm pretty excited for me to start my new journey.i know this will make me feel like the person I am deep down inside.i feel like this is a huge change for me for the better.im looking forward to having no pain,I live in pain every single day due to back problems.i would really love to become a makeup artist but I can't right now because I cannot bend so much so I'm hoping this helps alot.i won't be tired and I can be able to play with my daughters like I use to.my starting weight is 265 pounds my heaviest I've ever been,I'm looking to lose about 100 pds because I do not want to become to skinny.cant wait to start my journey
