Caring and attention to detail
I drove from Lexington, Ky which is a little over three hours because they provided PRF (not PRP) and I couldn't locate that anywhere close. I ended up with a big surprise! Kayli and Lauren are two of the nicest people I have EVER met. I had a 12:30 appt and didn't leave until almost 3 because as Kayli attentively listened to my needs and concerns we were able to address more things and she took the time to do it. I went for PRF hair restoration but after that treatment we did PRF with micro needling on my face and BBL to my hands. She was a primary care provider first and it really shows in her knowledge and bedside manners because she listens and cares. When I left Lauren gave me water and a power bar for the drive home. The facility is new, clean, modern, and gorgeous. You absolutely can't find a better aesthetics center. I will be driving back to Nashville to see them and I'm excited about it!!
