Two Treatments So Far, Some Improvement

Got first BBL in January 2023. Some slight swelling afterwards but no MENDS, no redness, nothing else, which led me to think the tech didn't do a good enough job. A very dark age spot got maybe 10% better. A scar (from skin cancer) under my nose DID improve, it isn't as sunken in as it was. Tech tried to convince me to buy a $200 serum. I asked for a sample, she said they didn't have any. Found samples on ebay for $40 and used them, but preferred the Skinmedics serum I got for $80. Less smell. Second BBL in March 2023. I told her "turn up the power" as the dark spot wasn't hardly any better. She said she did. Again, no MENDS, no redness that I was totally expecting from reading other reviews. She said maybe I don't have that much damage, maybe that is why no purging or dark spots. I've had skin cancer removed from all over including my face, several burns - so I do think my skin is pretty damaged. I'm waiting a month to evaluate if the $800 spent so far was worth it.
