BBL Skin Laser - Although my skin looks better I have loss facial fat

I have 3 BBL skin laser tteatments. Although my skin looks better i have loss facial fat. I read many reviews that it doesn't cause this problem..its seems like my face was quite full until the treatments..the my skin began to lose volume...so its to much of a coincidence that i suddenly start losing fat after the BBL treatments..
