A Caring Hand

I have this horrible irregular patches of dark brown pigmentation on my both of cheeks and forehead.

Being that I am Asian, I am more likely to get them as Asian skin tends to have higher melanin production than white skin.

With this ugly patches on my face, it has been psychologically and physically changes me. I’m afraid to go outside because of the sun and afraid to talk to people up close because I feel that they stare at my face as if it was something wrong or diseased.

For over a decade , I tried all sorts of treatments from over the counter to professional products. I’ve done facials, chemical peels, retinol cream, hydroquinone and so on. The only thing I have not try is laser/BBL because it can do more damage and perhaps even irreversible if it is in an untrained /inexperienced hands.

I have done so many treatments to no avail, so I trust no one until I met Brie from Zeeba Clinic. She suggested BBL. “Oh no” was blurted out before she even finished the sentence. But her kindness, poise and knowledge gave me the confidence to trust her with my skin type.

As I write this review, Brie had done three sessions of BBL on me. The results are usually unpredictable with my skin type but Brie kept on doing it until I see some result.

My face now is still have patches but a very light one. Light enough so I can cover with makeup. The result is not perfect but why I want to do the review is for my provider’s exceptional skills.

First, Brie has an amazing touch. She does it with caution regardless of the abundant knowledge she already encountered with my skin type.

Second, Brie has confidence in herself. When the first session turned out with unexpected result, she reached out to her other peers to see if they have any opinions on why my skin reacts that way.

Finally, she doesn’t give up. She let me know what she will do the next rime she sees me if the result isn’t to our expectation. She is one of those caring individuals that thinks work isn’t done just because the treatment package is already paid for.

Overall, I will trust my skin with her and I am looking forward to our next appointment with whatever recommendations she has for me.
