Waste of money - actually made my skin look worse after 1 month

I was hoping to get rid of pigmentation. I have fair skin and dark spots so initially provider told me I would need 6 BBL sessions and 1 Halo treatment per year. However at my 2nd BBL session she said, "well, let's see after this one." The 2nd BBL did absolutely nothing - looking at it side by side, it actually made my skin look worse after 1 month (left pic before, right pic after). It was a total waste of money. I spoke with them afterwards and they said I should have just done Halo. Wish they had told me that at first so I could have saved $900. I am so disappointed.
