BBL Created White Spots and More Wrinkles

I purchased a 3 BBL treatment package from 2301 Plastic Surgery in Southlake, TX. After their Visia Skin Analysis System evaluations and their esthetician Sarah's evaluation, she suggested using BBL to remove the brown spots on my cheeks and said also it will remove fine wrinkles.

At 1st treatment, the doctor said hello and said the brown spots should be removed by BBL. Apparently he reviewed and approved these treatments to remove my brown spots. But after 1st treatment, there was barely any change on the spots, except their Analysis system showed there were more wrinkles on my face. 

After the 2nd treatment, there were more adverse effects showing on my face. There were some very dark spots in new area, on my forehead and was very painful there for a few months; The treatment also brought up more brown spots in the areas where already had brown spots, which Sarah said it was normal; THE WORST PART was the treatment created some new white spots, some have kind of ring shape. 

After I complained, Sarah suggested an evaluation, their skin Analysis system showed after two treatments, there were more brown spots and more wrinkles created by the treatments. Also, she said the ring-shaped white spots on my cheeks were made by the tip of the laser gun. Then she said BBL was not the right treatment for my brown spots, instead of having the 3rd treatment which I already paid for, she suggested switching to Halo treatment, but they need another 1200 dollars on top of that. 

Sarah was nice, but there was always a big delay on their email responses. Since it didn't sound like she could guarantee any positive results from Halo either. I was not going to do more experiments on my face with this facility. They agreed to refund my 3rd BBL treatment. It was just a huge disappointment, not only did I spend so much money for two BBL treatments which had adverse results, also removing the brown spots was something I wanted to have done for a long time. BBL sounded promising and 2301 Plastic surgery looked like a nice facility, but my BBL experience was really not good.
