BBL Ruined my Face - Major Fat Loss

I went in for the recommended 3 treatments of BBL to even out skin tone and increase collagen production. Like most people here I wanted to freshen up my face. Instead of making me look younger, it has added years to my face in a matter of 6 months. I have major fat loss on my face. It’s most noticeable under my eyes, at my temples and around my mouth. I have noticeable eye bags and it looks like I could be a smoker with the amount of lines in my lips ( I’ve maintained the same weight, never smoked a day in my life, I sleep well every night, exercise, eat healthy and barely drink alcohol so this is not a lifestyle/ weight loss issue as some doctors on this forum claim) My pores also look like orange peels now. The doctor who did my treatment is fully certified and the machine was calibrated correctly. I wish I could go back in time and not have had this procedure. I look horrible now and there is nothing that can be done to reverse the fat loss in my face. Please think twice before you have this treatment.

I feel your pain! I had one BBL Forever treatment 11 months ago and the exact same thing happened to me!! It is devastating to say the least! There should me a class action lawsuit against this machine!

This gave me indentations under my eyes, like vertical cat scratches. They are indebted and also pigmented. I didn’t get burned by the laser—I noticed it the next day after the bbl. It has been a year, and no improvement. The laser tech said she had never seen it happen to anyone before. The doc at the practice said it is impossible that it was the laser, but it is the only thing it could be. Vertical indentations literally appeared right after the treatment, and they certainly weren’t there before. Very upsetting

Same . They used a machine before and after that accesses skin and it says after 2 bbl it aged me 3 years and the quality was horrible

Six weeks after procedure the surgeon Dr. Beals who runs the office finally met with me and said the same thing complete denial, Saying the laser that settings could’ve done that. I explain to him the settings that are now written down are not the ones that were discussed in person while it was going on I was told they were doing it on high without any preset settings she was just going to freehand it. He’s more worried about litigation than actually helping me and offered me my money back but that doesn’t fix my face so I declined.

I am desperately looking for help to fix my skin a year later after BBL Forever. Has anyone tried Restylane skin boosters or AquaGold fine touch? Someone on this sight said that they both helped after similar damage from one IPL treatment.

What damage was done from the BBL?? I haven’t heard of the aqua gold or Restylane skin boosters, but would be interested!

Did you end up finding anything that worked I’m 45 days out and I’m just absolutely devastated and the skin is so saggy on my bra that it’s impeding my vision and giving me severe migraines nightly. The only way to circumvent getting the migrates to physically tape my brow up with scotch tape every day. I feel like my life is absolutely over as I can’t work, completely isolated and depressed.

I had the same thing happen as the first post from Gental7412. Terrible texture changes such as ice pick size holes and what looked like large pores, but I believe the holes were made by the machine. Also some indentations, fat loss, bumps under skin, spider veins....I was really damaged badly from just one BBL treatment. I read about the Restylane skin boosters and AquaGold Fine Touch from another IPL victim's post on Realself. She said they really made a difference to her damaged skin. You can find videos on the internet. Hope that helps!
