I need to post my negative experience with...

I need to post my negative experience with age3derm so people can decide for themselves. I really wanted this product to work and leave good reviews for them but the outcome was the antithesis of what I wanted. I bought the kit which, from their promising video, instructs you to apply petroleum gel around the area you want treated, then dab their ointment. The ointment certainly burns and creates a white coating. I applied it on 3 different areas on my face: a noticeably raised keratosis, a small bump, and a faint sun spot. I followed the instructions to a tee for 2 weeks and all I have in return are 3 big dark spots that will take weeks and probably months to disappear. The 3 areas scabbed, as shown on their video, but the keratosis and bump remained; the sunspot results will be determined weeks or months after skin fades. Be prepared to look like you have the worse bulbous zit of your life during treatment which was very embarrassing.
What to add insult to injury I emailed them shortly afterI received their kit to ask about application that's ambiguous on their instructions. I also emailed them about their money-back guarantee before their 30 day policy and they never replied to either emails. I am now disputing my charge with paypal for full refund. Is this a scam? I will let the viewer decide but I'm highly disappointed with this product and company and must warn others. It might work on other skin types but it certainly didn't work for me.
The one item that did work at times is the age spot or skin tag pens which sell for about $20-$25. They worked on some areas on my face and not on on others and healed much faster than the ag3derm kit. I would not advise you use the pen on large areas and to have that lasered off by your dermatologist. I will try to post before & after pics possible.
