24 Years Old, Uplift and Implants After Losing 5 Stone, natrelle 410s, anatomical, allergan, 255cc, under the muscle

So I bit the bullet. After being over 14 stone I managed to lose 5 stone the healthiest way, from changing my lifestyle and joined the gym and started to look after my body. Little did I know my boobies would sag and hang down :(
I am 5'3 and currently weigh somewhere around 9 stone but it fluctuates due to water retention and life etc. It's so hard because I look at myself in the mirror and I still don't like what I see. I go to the gym 5/6 days a week and do weight training aswell as HIIT cardio training. I have been so frightened but I knew to start to love myself more I NEEDED my breast sorting out. It has got to the point I can't find any bras to fit me as the skin just pours over the top and my breast tissue doesn't fill my bras. I live in active wear and 'comfy' clothes and sports bras because I just don't feel like I can wear nice dresses or tops as my boobs just hang down and you can't wear a nice dress with a sports bra under neath!
I went to see a surgeon in Cheltenham, UK who basically said to me that I had done so well with my weight loss but I had actually burnt away my breast tissue and my skin was very thin at the top. He said I probably wouldn't get the look I wanted and made me feel as though I was abnormal. Why me? So I've worked so hard for nothing?
I then went to see another surgeon, Ms Elena Prousskaia in Gloucester, UK and she almost made me cry with how understanding and loving she was towards me. She made me feel so safe and I have agreed to go ahead with the procedure.
She said the same as the other surgeon, that they may not look perfect, but I will take anything rather than what I have now.
She said I will be having:
Natrelle 410's, under the muscle, allergan, moderate profile, full projection, anatomical implants and she will also be giving me an uplift at the same time with either a 'lollipop' scar or an 'ancor' scar.
She wrote down three different sizes she will try on the day, 255cc being the biggest which is what I would preferably want.

I am so excited but incredibly nervous!
This website has saved me the last few months so I only thought it would be right to create my own little journey on here aswell.

I have my pre assessment (m.o.t) at the hospital on Thursday where they will take my bloods and make sure I am healthy for surgery... then 2 weeks on Thursday it's all systems go!

has so so much ginger and liquids today so lets hope it goes away...

Apparently my surgeon took off loads of excess skin aswell!
Feeling very sore and tight and keep getting the odd shooting pain but nothing major! The bandage I have on is SO tight... can't wait to see my surgeon today so she can take them off and I can finally see them!
So excited to see what they're like but also so so nervous!
Haven't been able to eat much, and going to toilet was hard yesterday, but a bit easier this morning ?
Came back from recovery and my boyfriend bought me flowers, so so sweet ? he has done everything for me so far, so happy to have him.
