Hello...
I have the following to say, Am 38 years old I had my breast augmentation surgery before two weeks.
I wanted some normal look appearance after having 4 kids!!
I used to wear 34 A bra, and I told the doctor I just want normal appearance since am afraid of big sizes (and repeated many time I don't want fake look)!! the doctor suggested 34 C and I tried implants and choose 320 CC silicone ( and it seems here the wrong thing started!!)

To be honest I expected the after surgery to be easier, the big problem was sleeping on my back! I was taking the pain killers for my back and not my breasts!! any way... now when I look in the mirror it seems I didn't have that much change I expected, and wished I have chosen bigger size after this suffering, am really disappointed of my decision but after what?? after these two not comfortable weeks or after the big money I paid?! I really feel enough bad and don't know what to do, although I was in pain and found it not easy but am thinking of repeating my surgery ASAP which means to start collecting money again, am really confused and can't think positively, not easy at all to repeat the surgery and am not satisfied enough from the result which was totally my choice of the size. If now am wearing 34 C then I think after swelling I may go to 34 B!!! again all of this suffering to improve my self only one cup!! I really feel bad.

Is there any thing can be said to me to encourage me or make me feel better??
Thanks a lot

Don't fret sweetie, you've got to wait until they drop, then you can decide if you'd want to go bigger.I'm ten days in and they're changing everyday. Just be patient.

I know how it is to choose the wrong size implants; I'he been there so I know exactly how you feel; I had my implants for 6 months; I bated the size of them; I wentway to small; I just had a revision 3 weeks ago to go bigger; so glad I did; sorry you have yo go through this; my past Ps did'nt inform me of the size j choose for my implants would be too small for my frame; I went to a new Ps this time and he listened to me and told gave me lots of information when it came down to the different profiles and cc amount of implants;

Thank you dear...It seems again I have to wait some few months to see the final results for me, I hope I will just like them and not to have the decision to repeat the surgery again! It's really not easy for me, I just want time by now...

Yeah! You might want to wait a few more months until you make a decision; your breast are going to change so much between now and 3 months; 3 months will give you your final results: after that they won't change too much more; I had realized this with mine; that's when I made my final decision on what I wanted to do! Keep us posted on whatever you choose!

Thank for you sharing on RealSelf. We're here to support you! I agree with the ladies in the community; wait a little longer until you make your final judgment. You are definitely not alone as there is an entire Breast Implant Revision community on RealSelf. You may find some additional support in that community. Does your doctor think you can go larger? Keep us posted!

Thanks a lot for your words, am a busy mum (with 4 kids!!) but surely I will keep in contact and post some news for me from time to time I really liked this site which makes me feel as am a part of big family who has the same issues to discuss more or less, and seeing other people experiments help you to learn more and avoid mistakes. Dear, your feelings are normal, almost all feel they made wrong decision at the beginning, specially with all pain. but forget the pain and see if you look better? bigger, smoother? As you wished. pain will go with time, and then you need to enjoy the life, buy new dresses, show new shape and celebrate your beauty! can you load before & after photos, or after at least. 3-6 months, they take full shape, enjoy darling.... be postive...be happy...
