Its been 5months now

So its been 5 months and a week since my lipo... I'm at the stage that I'm now sitting on the fence in regards of if it was worth it! I have gone completely Keto in the last 2 months and I've always been a gym junkie but in the last 2 months I've switched my routine to actually build more muscle. Would I be so focused on my eating and lifting if I had not done the surgery??? There lies the question! I'm concerned about ALL the excess skin I have as when I was originally talking to my surgeon he stated that I did not need a tummy tuck... Well as you can see from the photos it looks like I'll be getting a consult for a TT and will go to a different Dr as my surgeon once I did my 1 and only post op visit told me to only come in if I have issues... WTF... Also there still seems to be a fair bit of unevenness on my lower right side on abdomin.

15.5 weeks post lipo
I’m at 15.5 weeks post lipo these photos aren’t the best but gives you an ideal. Back in gym ( work permitting) and have just started Keto 8 days.

You look great! That's a big difference from your pre op. Definitely can tell your working out. ;) Keto diet is great you'll lose weight quick and feel great after a week or two. My fiance started almost a year ago and he's lost about 80lbs. It's so beneficial health wise as well. He feels healthy and doesn't snore anymore lol good luck and stay strong! You can get through it.

I’m doing good as well. I’ve got some lower ab swelling still too...at least I hope it’s swelling! still tender to the touch so I know I’m not fully healed. if that swelling goes down I’ll b 100% satisfied. I’ll be posting another update soon. oh and I’m still in my CG but I don’t mind it so much. I’m still numb and stiff in some areas so I think I’ll wait until my 3mo mark to stop wearing it.

I think your results came out great! I'm just curious if the arm pit area was painful. I would like to have that done, but concerned about the level of pain and any restriction it might cause.

Hi hun no I actually didn’t have much pain at all full stop! I strongly recommend getting at least 6 G5 messages and doing self message as soon as your PS clears you!

Thank you! I'll check it out now. :) yea I'm afraid I'm going to be the same. I never had an issue with my lower abdomen looking lumpy until the doctors nurse tool fluid out. Now it's just a mess and I'm afraid it's going to stay like that. I'll have to wear high waist bikini bottoms. Which I'm not happy about at all because I used to be able to wear low bikini bottoms . Keep me posted. Hopefully all goes well.
