Going into get the co2 fractionated laser I felt...
WORTH IT$990
Going into get the co2 fractionated laser I felt super nervous About the whole procedure as it was very expensive per treatment and not knowing how my skin would react after reading a few things online about othe peoples experiences to laser and their results post treatment, Davin girls made me feel super comfortable especially his specialist laser nurse who was beside me while procedure :) I'm actually very happy with the results so far to my first treatmen and it's been 7 days post treatment t. I just wanted to share this as I've read a lot of people leaving reviews, not knowing results, and if it was worth there money? All I can say is don't have to high expectations it's not going to be perfect straight away. As we would like it :/ and yes it's very expensive.. but it's Worth the dollars . It's been one week and I feel as if my skin is normal with hardly any redness! I'm happy with Dr Davin Lim at westerm laser dermatology, His very professional and good at what he does. I think it comes down to who does the procedure to the results u get. I have another treatment in 6 weeks time. I'm going to hate spending the dollars but it's the start to getting close to my perfect skin I had at the start of the year... Thanks

Great post. Yes, the whole process of assessing acne and scarring can be complex. We have to deal with a million issues including the need for absolute control of your acne to ensure that this is controlled. Almost half of the consultation is taken up when I see fresh acne scars, on the background of active acne. We then need to take a work history to determined down time, then a history of sun exposure, Ethnic history, and finally a medical history. Then examine your scars under direct and indirect lighting, map out your scars, photograph the scars, document all findings, then go through the process of laser resurfacing, and fill out consent forms. I wish I had double the time to spend with patients, however everything is done with patient safety and outcomes in mind. You will see that after 3 treatments your scars will be markedly improve. Skin colour changes are not infrequent in darker skin types. This is temporary. The best results will be 3 months after your last treatment, will be eager to see the final before and after pictures myself. Once again thanks for the post! Davin Lim

Do you know what brand of fractional co2 laser he used for your face? Looks really good, are you still happy with the results now thats its a couple of more weeks after your treatment?

Hi there, no I'm not sure sorry ? In those photos the week after my face looked really good I thought! I was amazed!! I think it could have been still slightly swollen? its now been nearly 3 weeks on and looks not as good in that pic I posted. I have had customers in my work recognising that it looks flatter apparently not as deep as they were. But I'm so hard on myself as I just wish my skin was still perfect as it was in February. But yes, first treatment I'm pretty happy. I just wish I didn't need 3 to get the best results. I'll post a few pics

I love that my Dr has the knowledge and experience behind him. His got a very good reputation for what he does so I completely trust him to help get my skin back to normal :) my skin was pretty damaged when I got cystic acne

Hey, thanks for responding. I was asking about the brand because when you read online there seems to be different types of Co2 lasers out there that produce different results and the amount of treatments you need. I've got acne scarring too, been debating if I want too get Co2 laser, just worried about the possible risks.

hi
I also have done this laser on Thursday and after 2 days my skin is little red and dry. In 38 days I m going to have my marriage party and I am little tensed for that. Will it really take 1 week to look normal or these redness and stuff will stay longer?
thanks a lot
