Hi lovelies, well its been 15 weeks tomorrow 2/2/16 since my explant - and I have received pic's of my implants ..... ruptured and discolored after being in for 12 years. No wonder I was so chronically ill after having this poison my system. I have resting, detoxing etc to help my body find balance again to heal and rejuvenate itself. Most of my MS symptoms are disappearing , able to sleep better, less headaches , joint pain, brain fog has lifted, fatigue is going YAY ! have more energy to do things I haven't done for sometime!!!. Mild seizures are no more, dizzy spells , aches and pain are going. Everything in moderation and REST!! Clean eating, plenty of fluids, steam saunas, yoga and meditation , and more all helps to improving my health and well-being. I am so happy to have those toxic bags gone and my breast feel and look great, I am so happy to be back to my natural state of being". Have a lovely New Year went out and celebrated with a few sister girlfriends , even though its Feb 2016 already it's going to be a good year a head. 6 & 8 week out photos
Hi lovelies , I haven't been on the computer much , I have been doing well ~ I am nearly 9 weeks out next Tuesday YAY!! . I am slowly recovering , resting, restoring and rejuvenating ~ eating clean foods , herbs and supplements , bathing, steam sauna's , yoga and meditation , nourishing myself!!! I am finding I have I am up and down each day and I am embracing the changes on all levels. I have been kayaking and doing things I haven't been able to do for a long time!! ... I am loving my organic boobies again!! Best gift I ever gave myself was getting those toxic bags removed ! ~ I wish you all well on you journey to health .. Much love

So good to hear! Good for you living such a healthy lifestyle! I am sitting here with a bag of chocolate almonds at my side. LOL! Oh well, it's my weakness. You look great! Isn't it amazing how our bodies can heal if we provide good nourishment, both physical and emotional. I am also enjoying the gift of implant-free life. Woo hoo! xoxo

3 weeks out!
Hi everyone , thanks for your support , comments and well wishes. It's been three weeks and I am starting to feel more alive, I have been resting and taking care of myself. My breast feel good and the incisions feel great and healing nicely!. They are still to be covered for another three weeks to make sure they heal properly and get no infections , so I will post a pic as soon as I can.
Can't wait to be able to have a nice deep bath, swim and do sauna's again! :D

Lovely to hear you are feeling more alive! I am so impatient, not even a week for me I wonder why I am not yet firing on all cylinders! I shall take a leaf out of your book and keep resting meantime. You are looking wonderful by the way! X
