In my experience, Dr Eddie Cheng provided a highly professional and caring service. His happy and positive manner adds to making his patients feel relaxed and confident. During my first stay in hospital (after Stage 1 of Breast Reconstruction) he visited me 7 out of the 8 days and insisted on me remaining in hospital until all drains were removed (to prevent infections, complications). My second stay in hospital (for Stage 2 - replacement of tissue expanders with silicon implants) saw him visit me each day. He dealt promptly with my queries out of hours which was highly appreciated. After care in his rooms has always been exceptional and he and his staff continue to provide an efficient, personal and friendly service.
