I chose Dr Lim to treat my acne scars after doing research on Realself. He was very honest about which lasers produced which results and what i could realistically hope to achieve with my skin and scar types. I was recommended a course of 3-4 Infini FR treatments (including a PRP facial after each treatment) followed by subcision and fillers. After the first prpcedure i was extremely happy wit the result, i had such great improvement from only one session! I booked my second session 5 weeks later and believe the improvement has been over 60% with just two treatments. My skin is continuing to improve every week as the collagen continues to form after the procedure and so will assess whether i even need any more treatments in about 6 months time.

Amazing results. I've read a lot abt Dr Lim, he's good. But I wonder if fillers are temporary, which means one needs to keep going back after the effect wears out.

Are these results after subcision and filler? I've had three rounds of Infini and am considering subcision and filler.

Hi, no these results are just the infini and pcp facial.. i may get fillers later on or a third infini but for now i have had amazing improvement

Do you have pics with same lighting, the lighting angle on After pic is quite different. In person, how much of an improvement would you say you're seeing now?

yes i wish i took better photos! i can try take some today just so u can see how much of an improvement it had been! i would say 60%-70% improvement from two sessions. I have had reallt good results, i may go back for a third session in 6 months if i feel it could get even better.

Thanks, would appreciate more photos. Do you know what Infini settings Dr. Lim used? high, med, low? I've been doing research and it seems like low settings don't really work and also don't have any downtime But high settings work better but have several days downtime.

I ended up having subscision to a few of the really deep scars in my cheeks. My results are still amazing! Almost back to fully flat. I will try up load some photos for you now. I do think think the plumping effect fades with time but that’s also because i am aging. I would like to have a third treatment but am worried about potential fat loss in my face if I do too much more to it.

volume reduction with microneedling with RF seems to be a common complaint. It certainly is mine. Good luck and be gentle.

I will do subscicion and Infini in next week but I am scare about the volume loss and some people who said is a lot of pros then you dont recommend it?

I think if your acne scars are bad enough then you will be happy to take a bit of volume loss. If you have only minor scarring then maybe its not worth it. In my case it was worth it. I may have had the same results with a different laser but this is the one my Dr recommended. I think Dr Davin Lim has since started testing your fay layer with a canula before procedure to ensure that the laser doesn't go that deep.
