WORTH IT$5,000
Ok 3 months post op. Haven't looked at my boobs properly for a while, went to apply some bio oil tonight and find a rather big gaping hole under one of them right on the scar line! Is this normal or something to be checked out? It's Friday night so can't call the clinic till Monday. Any suggestions??

My motivation to get this procedure done was that I couldn't stand looking at myself naked. I hated seeing myself naked, let alone any guy ever looking. I've been turning lights off and pulling sheets up and trying to cover myself for as long as I can remember. I always tried to be quick getting changed with friends so they wouldn't see me. I envied other girls with nice normal boobs that could be so free and naked in front of others. If you see my other review I had also decided I wanted to get labiaplasty done for the same reasons. I just thought enough already! I have to stop being so secretly unhappy about these 2 parts of myself .
As I mention in my other review I decided to go with Georgina Konrat without seeing any other doctors. My reason for that was because she was the only woman I could find in Brisbane and she had good reviews for her labiaplasty technique. I had a lot of people telling me you always get a second opinion but I just thought hey I'm not shopping around all of Brisbane getting naked and prodded and poked all over the place so lets go with her and let the chips fall where they may. Also if I got both procedures done at the same place I could tell friends about the boob lift and have someone give me a lift to/from the clinic, and secretly get the labiaplasty done at the same time and no one would question why I was in pain and taking time off work/exercise etc.
Pros & cons: The pain from this procedure is really minimal. Honestly don't even worry about the pain side of things. I never had any pain - it was so easy! Initially when I looked at my boobs when they were still swollen and with the tape over the scars I was like WOAH this is amazing!!! I love them!! I was whipping them out for everybody to see. Now 6 weeks post op and the tape is off and you can see the scars and I'm way more self conscious. And I think as the swelling has gone down and they are settling in to place 1 side is bigger than the other.
Outcome: I am way happier with the shape than before but I can't say I'd be comfortable getting naked in front of anyone yet, not with the scars still so red and scary. Also I'm a bit self conscious of the size difference and not 100% happy with the shape - feel like I could maybe benefit from implants now for some fullness in the top but going to give myself a few more months to heal before making any final decisions on that :)

It is only early days, massage your scars with bio oil. Apparently you won't know your true shape for 6--12 months. I am nearly 4 months post and they are still changing every day. In saying that I think you look great already.

Thank you!!! I gotta be patient. I'm using sodermix at the moment but will definitely get some bio oil when this is run out.

Hi B, this is Drew from red-o -scar. Take a deep breath and exhale. I can talk you through this from Houston. I was borne in the UK and raised in SA. So, cheers to you and your new girls, I can talk you through this from NASA, Lol.
The scarring can be remain permanent in 30% of all girls that have had this proceedure done. I can walk you through this one "on the house" , all I ask is that u spread the word so that I can help, more girls out there. Please do not rush into any surgeries, let your body heal !!!!!. I will help you through this step by step. All , I ask is that you keep a photographic record of this , so that I can guide your progress.
Drew.

Britney8, I think you look FANTASTIC you should not be self conscious at all!! I'm in the same boat as you... have what I think is enough breast tissue but unhappy they are sagging. I have been considering fat transfer into the upper areas instead of implants. This would give us the fullness without the worry of replacing implants which is required several years down the road. not to mention the benefit of a little lipo for me at least. I'm not educated on the process or risks but thought I would throw that idea out there. Congrats on doing something for yourself!

Wow I had never heard of that procedure but you've got me very interested!!! I will defs look in to that. A little lipo sounds great to haha. And thank you that is so nice!! I think a couple more months and the scars will fade heaps too :)

Hey, they look awesome! Was the $5000 inclusive of everything? Thanks :)
October 18, 2015
Hey um honestly I can't remember if it was exactly $5000 it may be have been just over that (because I had 2 surgeries and paid for everything all together) but yeah for around $5000 that included all pre and post care with multiple appointments the only thing it didn't include was a $90 support bra you wear after the surgery :)
Ps not to scare you or anything but you should try and watch the story 60 mins did on another cosmetic clinic in Sydney that uses the same twilight anesthesia method. It can be quite risky I found out after the surgery. But I guess there are risks with any sort of anesthesia/surgery. Anyway the twilight one you are semi awake for which was a bit freaky too. Any other questions feel free to ask me! Good luck! X
